Description

New technologies such as Mobile and Cloud have altered the business landscape and changed delivery models in the arena of software products. The pace of business is increasing rapidly and hence Time-to-market has turned vital for companies looking to lead markets. Customers too have become increasingly demanding as they capitalise on social media platforms to provide feedback and assessment on the products they are use. Companies therefore are required to adapt to such marketplace changes. They can do so by using agile methodologies to co-create value propositions with their customers and deliver it a quicker pace than their competitors.

This course will help you understand and apply the concepts relevant to Agile Software Development. Learners will also be able to use Scrum framework and its principles that are required for effective implementation. They will also be able to conceptualize,design and create product roadmaps, agile metrics, product-market fit, prioritization techniques, and work effectively in high performing agile teams.
