Course Description

The course delivers insights into understanding the concept of negotiation. The course helps understand and develop effective communication and problem-solving skills which are the key components of a successful negotiation. The course aims to equip an individual with comprehensive negotiation skills thereby creating leadership impact.

Conflicts are part of a negotiation process. There are different ways to respond to conflict situations; some involving cooperative and assertive approach which others drive towards competing or passive approach. The course helps you understand the different conflict management styles giving you scenarios where a particular conflict management style will be useful. This would help you assess and handle the situation better.

The skills gained through Negotiation and conflict management course will help demonstrate effective negotiation skills and implement appropriate conflict resolution techniques.
